Quality Assurance
The Care Quality Commission are inspectors that use their professional judgement and evidence to assess the quality of care settings and services. They consider whether the service users are safe, whether the care they receive is effective, whether the staff are caring, whether the setting is responsive to the users' needs and if it is well managed, providing support and learning to its staff.
In March 2019 we were rated, "Good", by the Care Quality Commission, and remain dedicated to providing the very best care we can at all times. Based in Formby we provide home care services in Southport, Crosby and wider areas of Merseyside.
Professional Support
As we are always looking at ways to further improve our services to our users, our staff regularly complete relevant training to allow them to up-skill and specialise in different areas. In addition to that, we offer staff refresher sessions to ensure that they are always completely up to date with current best practise.
Employing the best
When it comes to employing new team members, we ensure that a rigorous interview process is undertaken. We want the very best workers to be looking after our service users, so as well as considering qualifications and experience we also assess the staff on a personal level, to guarantee that they have the right personality for the setting and the users.
New staff undergo excellent induction training with regular catch-ups to ensure they are settling in to our way of working well.

We regularly ask our users and their families for feedback and are always happy to speak with them if they have any queries.
