Lindsay, the responsible person for Quality HomeCare has just less than 4 years’ experience as a carer, 2 years’ experience as the Office/HR Manager for a domiciliary care company and 1 years’ experience as a Director for a domiciliary care company. Lindsay is a qualified Manual Handling Trainer and has a BA (Hons) in HR & Business; Lindsay has a passion for training and developing people to the best of their individual abilities, which will support the business in delivering a skilled workforce to all of its Service Users. Linzi’s warmth and compassion makes her very popular with all our Service Users.

Registered Care Manager

Nicola Montgomery, the registered care manager has 14 years’ experience of working with vulnerable adults in the capacity of a social worker based at Southport, Formby & Ormskirk District Hospital previous to this Nicola worked for 6 years as a community care worker. Nicola has a BA in Social Sciences majoring in Community and Disability studies and also has an MA in social Work alongside this Nicola has a Diploma also in Social Work and a level 2 Certificate in Counselling concepts. Nicola is vastly experienced and a huge asset to the company and our Service Users.

The company will encourage, support and provide all staff with the appropriate training, skills, tools and knowledge for them to be able to fulfil their roles. Supervision and appraisals will be delivered alongside personal development plans.
